KINDERGARDEN

The principal concept of this project is to think like a child, like the ones that will be using this equipment. It was important to understand that children spend most of their time in this space, which acts like their second home, but shared with other kids. The volume is similar to several houses and was elaborated with various types of functions and cosy spaces. The space was interpreted in different ways, recurring to the shape of a house, in its most pure form, and also as its negative, using rectangles as the exterior and subtracting the shape of a house in its interior.
