BOX HABITAT

Orthogonal boxes were designed with different heights, like the urban agglomerate in the surroundings. With a vast programme, it was decided to simplify the spaces recurring to small boxes. To help on the programs organization, it was made a list with all spaces, functions and services, each one in a box, varying the size according to what was needed for. After a careful analysis Caracol da Graça, there was a need to change the stairs in order to get better conditions to the pedestrians.
